Victoria Massamba holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Kongo University in the Democratic Republic of Congo and a Master's degree in Public Health from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. She is also a doctoral candidate in epidemiology at Laval University. Since 2018, she has been working as a scientific advisor at the Bureau d'information et d'études en santé des populations (BIESP) at the National Institute of Public Health of Quebec (INSPQ). She has been responsible for monitoring mental and neurological disorders since 2020.
