Chris is an Adjunct Professor at Université de Montreal and an institutional researcher at the Institut universitaire sur les dépendances (IUD). Since 2016, he has closely collaborated with the Institut national de santé publique du Québec (INSPQ) to develop substance-related disorders indicators in Quebec's health administrative databanks. His work on understanding emergency department utilization by individuals with substance use disorders in Quebec.
